WP1 aims to ensure an efficient and proactive coordination of the project through an effective administration, organization and monitoring of the technical, administrative and financial components of the project, to establish an appropriate liaison with all partners for financial administration and reporting, to conduct risk assessment.

WP 2: Requirements of Functional and Technical Specifications
WP2 will help investigate and present existing technologies, and format the system requirements, steps that will support the rest of the work packages and provide a solid foundation for the WP3 regarding the platform development. The specification requirements will be defined and will be used to advance the technology in the feasible direction, monitor progress of the technical work and perform validation.

WP3: UAV Platform Design and Development
In WP3 there will be defined system requirements based on technical and functional specifications with respect to various technological and environmental restrictions and proceed with the design and prototype integration.

WP4: Testing and Validation
WP4 outcome will be concluded in a comprehensive and technical report combining laboratory testing of the system. Test results of the operational marine environment are to be checked against the lab test results validating the platform`s performance and desired specifications.

WP5: Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation
WP5 intends to disseminate and exploit the technology developed during this project. The main objectives of dissemination are: share the outputs of the project with the scientific community; create the interest within the scope of the project and identify potential customers, business opportunities and application fields. The dissemination of the project outcomes will be achieved through the project website, local, national and international seminars and workshops, publications in specialized journals and transfer of technological results to industrial and scientific frameworks.
